Our Basics
Our Retreats are enriching, allowing you to broaden your horizon, become more aware, get out of stress and experience a healthy calm. They offer a balance between activity and rest, between mind and body, between formative talks (thinking) and bodily experience (feeling).
In addition to the main theme of the chosen Retreat (Advaita Meditation or DETOX), the proposed activities are conscious walks in nature (forest, beach…), Conscious Movement and stretching (Yoga and Qi Gong type), Biodanza exercises and Meditative Relaxation.
We also offer individual sessions of Foot Reflexology with Reiki, a highly valued complement, whose therapeutic effect helps to relax body and mind, to unwind and let go.
